Here’s what’s included in dare advanced

Standard treatment can’t heal your anxiety, it can only manage it.

Prescription drugs mask your symptoms, so once you stop taking them, they're likely to return. You can also become dependent on them, experience unpleasant side-effects and spend a lot of your hard-earned money buying them.

The methods psychotherapists practice are outdated which means, at the most, they can only give you temporary relief.

And popular self-help approaches like doing yoga and meditation can only help alleviate some of your symptoms, and you have to practice them continuously to get their benefits.

No matter what you do, your anxiety will still be weighing you down and sucking the enjoyment out of your life.

You'll start to think you'll never be like your old self again and will have to suffer for the rest of your life.

You’ll have to go through the rest of your days with anxiety holding you back from doing the things you want and being the person you want to be.

However, through The DARE Response both myself and thousands of sufferers have found our way out.

Now It’s Your Turn

It gives me great pleasure to help people overcome their anxiety and live happy, fulfilling lives again.

However, although my book has helped people to do this, there’s been one drawback.
Let me explain…

When you suffer from anxiety, it can affect you in a different way compared to other sufferers.

For example, your biggest anxiety issue could be being nervous around people.

Another person’s biggest anxiety issue could be driving on the highway.

And for someone else, it could be using medication or even recreational drugs as a crutch.

Whatever your biggest anxiety issue is it stands in the way to you reaching full recovery in the fastest time possible.

This is why I’ve decided to put together my new audio course, The DARE 7-Day Challenge where you’ll discover exactly what steps you need to take to overcome your biggest anxiety issue.

This includes common anxiety issues like:

Health Anxiety

Setbacks

Intrusive Thoughts

Social Anxiety

Feeling Trapped

Driving Anxiety

Anticipatory Anxiety

Safety Crutches

Physical Symptoms

When you overcome your biggest anxiety issue, your life will become a whole lot easier. You’ll have better relationships, perform better at your studies or work, and your general quality of life will improve.

I’ve Walked in Your Shoes

When you suffer from anxiety, it’s easy to think no one understands what you’re going through. However, I do.

It all started for me during a Sunday afternoon mass in a church in Dublin. I was 18 years old and had been out celebrating my final school exams the night before. So as you can imagine, I was desperately hungover.

During the mass, a series of really intense bodily sensations suddenly overcame me. My heart was pounding through my chest. I couldn't catch my breath, and pins and needles started to spread down the side of my chest and arms. It was the most alarming series of bodily sensations I had ever experienced.

My first thought was, What if I'm having a heart attack?, and my anxiety spiked into a state of panic! I left the church in a terrified state and eventually made it home. I told no one and hid in my house for days.

What followed were about 500 more days of really high general anxiety as well as additional panic attacks.

I went from being a young man who could travel the world with ease to someone who became afraid to leave his house. During that period of time, I experienced just about every anxious sensation possible. It was like a crash course in anxiety disorders. You name it, I felt it, from strange bodily sensations to intrusive thoughts and depersonalization.

So whatever anxiety issues you have, I can relate to you.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve appeared in international magazines and on national TV stations, and have gone on to help thousands of people to overcome their anxiety and start to enjoy living their lives again.

How to Overcome Your Biggest Anxiety Issue

You can overcome your biggest anxiety issue and live your life without anxiety holding you back.

Sounds impossible? Not at all. It’s actually as simple as changing your response to it.

I had this realisation one evening while I was at my worst. I remember it clearly. I had really hit rock bottom and was lying on the floor of my bedroom, wishing the anxiety would end, when this flash of insight came to me.

It was like seeing my thought processes from a distance. For the first time, I could clearly see how I had been fuelling my anxiety by the way I was responding to my anxious thoughts.

This one insight eventually led to the end of my panic attacks and constant anxiety. It was like a complete retooling of my thought process related to anxiety from a wrong way, to a daring, new way.

The illusion of fear the anxiety held me under was shattered, and from then on I started to win back my freedom.

Let me explain…

When you feel nervous around people, have a fear of driving, a dependence on crutches, get intrusive thoughts… or whatever your biggest anxiety issue is… your brain’s first reaction is to fear it.

However, this releases more stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol which stimulate the various organs and muscles in your body.

So your heart beats faster, your stomach churns more, your muscles become more tense and whatever other symptoms you have get worse.

However, when you no longer respond with fear, then the flow of adrenaline will slow down until it eventually stops and your anxiety will melt away all by itself.

In short, the way you’re responding to your anxiety is keeping you stuck in the vicious cycle of anxious suffering.

So how do you respond to your anxiety issue in the right way?

This is what you’ll discover in The DARE 7-Day Challenge.

Psychotherapy practices are outdated and medication only masks the problem. Based on positive psychology and the mindfulness, The DARE Response does away with these old models of managing and coping with anxiety and heals the problem for good.

Instead of being paralyzed by fear, you’ll have the confidence to live your life as normal

You may often look back at your life before you started suffering and remember how much better things were.

You’ve probably tried so hard to overcome your anxiety issues before, you don’t believe you could have a happy, anxiety free life again.

However, when you take The DARE 7-Day Challenge, you’ll become your true, confident self once more.

Over the course of the 7-days, you’ll experience a subtle yet significant shift inside.

You’ll feel different. Things which were difficult will become easier. Until you’re suddenly doing things you thought you’d never be able to do again.

You’ll be confident in social situations

You’ll be able to drive on busy highways

You’ll feel relaxed in confined places

You’ll stop constantly worrying about your health

You’ll no longer depend on crutches

You’ll stop fearing setbacks and will come out of them stronger

You won’t live in fear of the future and will have peace of mind and body
