Welcome
When: April 17–19, 2026
Where: West Lexham Manor, Nr. Kings Lynn
Norfolk, PE32 2QN
This intimate weekend retreat is for people who understand anxiety — but are exhausted from living in a constant state of tension, monitoring, and effort.
Over two days and nights, surrounded by calm countryside and supportive guidance, you’ll gain clear, practical insight into anxiety recovery through the DARE approach, while also giving your body and mind something they rarely get: permission to truly rest.
This is not about pushing through, analysing more, or fixing yourself.
It’s about creating the right conditions for calm and confidence to return naturally.
No fixing. No forcing. Just clarity, calm, and connection.
self-care moments
This retreat blends understanding with experience — insight with rest.
You’ll be supported through:
Practical, grounded DARE sessions
Clear explanations and guidance you can apply in real life, long after the weekend ends.
Gentle wellness practices
Simple, accessible practices that support deep relaxation and nervous-system settling.
Time in nature
Unstructured space, fresh air, and stillness — allowing everything to slow down.
A small group of like-minded people
Shared understanding without pressure to share or perform.
An atmosphere where you’re looked after, not pushed
Thoughtfully held, professionally guided, and deeply human.
This is learning that lands — because your system is finally allowed to settle.
self-care moments
Anxiety is not a flaw, a weakness, or a sign that something is wrong with you.
It’s a natural protective response that has simply become overactive.
What helps most is not more effort — but the right understanding, the right support, and the right environment.
Being guided by experienced facilitators who truly understand anxiety allows you to relax into the process instead of managing it alone.
Being surrounded by others who genuinely get it removes the isolation anxiety feeds on.
And being held in nature — away from noise, pressure, and performance — gives your system the space it needs to settle naturally.
In that space, confidence begins to return.
Not because anxiety disappears — but because your fear of it does.
Held at West Lexham, a peaceful countryside venue chosen for its sense of safety, comfort, and quiet.
It’s the kind of place where your shoulders drop without you trying — and where calm begins to feel possible again
