DARE Live

Real connection. Real practice. Real change

DARE has always been about more than information.
It’s about experience.
The app and book give you the tools—
but something shifts when you connect…
with others, with guidance, and with yourself in a more direct way.

DARE Live brings that to life.
Through retreats, workshops, and live online sessions,
we create spaces where real change happens—together.

DARE Retreats

The deepest level of change
There comes a point where you already understand the method…
But you’re still holding back.
The retreat is designed for that moment.

What makes it work

You step out of your usual environment
Turpis elementum aliquam.
You’re in nature, away from daily triggers
You’re guided to actually practice—not just think

self-care moments

What happens over the retreat

Guided DARE sessions and live coaching
Practicing allowing and moving toward discomfort
Time in nature to reset your system
Real conversations with people on the same path
Evenings that are relaxed and grounding

Workshops & In-Person Events

Practical. Focused. Immediate.

These events are shorter—but direct.

They help you:

Apply DARE in real situations
Break patterns of avoidance

DARE Webinars (Live in the App)

Ongoing connection and support

Inside the DARE app, we run live webinars twice a month, hosted by experienced DARE coaches like Aida Beco and Michelle Cavanaugh.

What to expect?

Live guidance on applying the DARE method
Answers to real community questions
Shared experience with others on the same path
A way to stay connected to the work over time

Why this matters

Anxiety thrives in isolation.
The more it stays internal,
the more real it feels.

DARE Live breaks that cycle.

Whether in person or online,
you’re stepping into a shared experience—
and that’s often where the real shift begins.
