We know that speaking about mental health can sometimes feel daunting, but we’re here to remind you that your voice matters.
If DARE has helped you in any way—whether it's calming a wave of anxiety, helping you take that first step toward peace, or simply reminding you that you're not alone—we want to hear it. You’ve made progress, and that’s worth celebrating.
This isn’t just a challenge. It’s a chance to connect. To raise awareness. To say, "I am not my anxiety, and I am worthy of peace."
It’s time to break the silence, to speak out, and to show others that it’s okay to ask for help, to share, and to keep growing.
Here’s how you can join us:
1. Share your story and tell us how DARE has made a difference in your life. Whether through a video, photo series, or written post, we want to hear your journey.
2. Upload your story on your Facebook or Instagram account, use the hashtag #MyDAREStory and tag us so we can connect with your story.
Please make sure your post is public so we can see and celebrate your experience with you.
