The Role

As the B2B Sales representative for DARE you will work remotely with the support of the DARE team to make contact with small to medium sized companies who would be interested in subscribing to the DARE app for their employees. 

The ideal candidate will be a proven B2B executive who can help build a B2B sales system for DARE. This individual will have a strong appreciation for driving and delivering a repeatable sales process, detail-oriented standards and a culture of accountability with a focus on results. 

You must have a successful track record of B2B sales building and leading sales strategy


5+ years of B2B sales with deal outcomes that have touched companies of all different sizes.
Ability to complete the full sales cycle from generating cold leads to final sales conversion.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
Dedicated to DARE’s mission of improving employee mental health.
Experience with systems like Salesforce,, ZoomInfo.
Established contacts and relationships with potential customers in key markets.
