Description
This is an online workshop created for those moments when you’ve defused, allowed, leaned in—and still struggle with your mind.
The idea for this came after hearing the same thing again and again: “I’m doing everything right… why am I still stuck in my head?”
This 4-hour experience is about something else: Moving beyond tools and theory—and into direct, felt experience.
Over the course of 4 hours we’ll explore:
- Session 1: Soften the fight with your anxious mind
- Session 2: Connect with the one observing the storm
- Session 3: Make peace with sticky, anxious thoughts when they hook you
- Session 4: Shift from self-judgment into compassion and appreciation
These four hours are a space to slow down, to meet your mind and yourself differently, and to reconnect with acceptance and compassion.
Each session includes self-inquiry, reflective writing, and a core meditation. You’ll leave with a clearer, more grounded relationship to your mind, and new tools to keep practicing at home.

A special note: To make the most of this workshop, we require that you join with your camera on and give yourself the gift of full presence. Being in a quiet space, free from driving or multitasking, will help create the kind of experience this session is meant to be.
This is for you if:
- You’ve practiced DARE, but still feel caught in thought spirals
- You’re tired of managing your mind and want to relate to it differently
- You’re open to quiet reflection, inner work, and being with your experience—not escaping it
This is not for you if:
- Meditation is not your thing
- You plan to keep your camera off, drive, or multitask during the retreat
- You’re not in a space right now where quiet, internal work feels possible
