Me, a guy who was living on pills for 5-7 years, scared of even visiting a nearby doctor’s shop. He was scared of looking at sphygmomanometer.
He had BP since 5 years. This weekend on 18th he goes on a trek with his cousins and does the unbelievable. Stands at the edge of a hill top and studies how much he is scared. THATS ME JOE. Kishore. I have enclosed a snap of mine which my cousin took from behind.
